1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZeroHz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ZeroHz is a desktop application that provides ambient soundscapes and focus timer functionality to help users concentrate and improve productivity. The App includes features such as:

• Ambient sound mixing (rain, wind, cafe noise, etc.)
• Focus timer with stopwatch and countdown modes
• Session tracking and statistics
• Customizable sound presets
• Lo-fi music player

3. Pro License & Payments

ZeroHz offers a Pro license that unlocks additional features.

• You receive a perpetual (lifetime) license to use Pro features
• The license is personal and non-transferable
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied

No Subscription, No Cancellation: This is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. Once purchased, your license is permanent and cannot be cancelled or revoked. You own it forever.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a license, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment information directly.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share, distribute, or resell your license key
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any license restrictions

5. Intellectual Property & Content Licensing

The App, including its source code, logo, UI design, and the curation/arrangement of content, is owned by ZeroHz and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Sound & Music Assets: All ambient sounds and music included in the App are sourced from CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) and Public Domain content. These assets are provided for personal use within the App only.

6. Software Updates

The App may automatically check for and download updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We may discontinue support for older versions of the App at our discretion. Continued use of outdated versions is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZeroHz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
